LAUNCHING THE NEW FISCAL YEAR WITH
UNIFIED PURPOSE
On June 13th, 2025, PT Berlian Amal Perkasa (BAP) officially kicked off the year with its Company Orientation at the new CMC (Cikampek Machine Center). Employees from both the Head Office and CMC gathered for a full-day session focused on strategy alignment, safety performance, and departmental direction.

A comprehensive HSE review, especially of the FY2024 accident report, served as a reminder of BAP’s ongoing commitment to a zero-incident culture. The event also introduced BAP’s plan to establish an internal training center—one of the company's strategic pillars moving forward.

This milestone event was further marked by the formal introduction of our new President Director, Mr.
aisuke Hirata. Appointed in April 2025, Mr. Hirata brings new energy and vision to the organization,with a strong emphasis on dry rental expansion, operational reliability, and capability-building across all teams. He succeeds Mr. Iwao Katagiri, whose leadership laid the foundation for BAP’s current growth trajectory.
